That particular team had to collect data, process them, and were building ad hoc reports, graphs and tables, specifically for the Board meeting. They also had to request help from other people within the organization.
Since the implementation of Click&DECiDE NSI, they have been directly using its standard queries, reports, and cubes, that are being used on a daily basis.

Should CIO Board requests be of a specific kind, they can use the ad hoc query and report functions, that generate the required data automatically, sometimes within a customized form. Analysis and investigation are now totally standard and very flexible functions.
Hard benefit: saving of around 1,8M€ over a 3 year period. The team was actually moved to other functions.
